On May 18th, Wang Cailian, Vice Mayor of Wenzhou, met with Zhang Yijun, Chairman of ZEHO ECO, in Wenzhou. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on jointly serving the national "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals" strategy and building an international wetland city with the concept of sustainable development.

Vice Mayor Wang Cailian welcomed the delegation led by ZEHO ECO. Wang Cailian stated that Wenzhou is currently systematically constructing beautiful urban landscapes with clear water, green banks, and beautiful rivers, striving to better meet the people's aspirations for a better life with the concept of "universal beauty". She affirmed the ecological practice activities carried out by ZEHO ECO, guided by the concept of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) and regional sustainable development and biodiversity conservation, focusing on the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals" strategy. She hopes that ZEHO ECO can fully leverage its advantages in planning, ecological environment construction, and digital technology in terms of concept, technology, and experience, and cooperate with Wenzhou in building an ecosystem that integrates mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, and islands We will engage in practical cooperation in areas such as the green and low-carbon technological revolution, and promote the improvement, efficiency, and integrated development of Wenzhou's ecological environment construction.

Zhang Yijun thanked the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government for their warm reception of ZEHO ECO. Zhang Yijun stated that Wenzhou is a leading area for China's reform and opening up, a national demonstration city for private economy, and an innovative city that integrates improving people's livelihoods, urban renewal, and harmonious development between humans and nature into its development strategy. Wenzhou has abundant ecological resources and strong industrial development momentum. ZEHO ECO hopes to serve the development and construction of Wenzhou more, fully leverage the platform strength of its listed companies and co construction of national laboratories, deepen cooperation with Wenzhou in serving the national "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals" strategy, realizing the value of ecological products, and make positive contributions to Wenzhou's green development together.

Huang Fanglei, Deputy Secretary General of Wenzhou Municipal Government, the Development and Reform Commission, the Ecological Environment Bureau, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, the Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism Bureau, the Housing and Urban Rural Construction Bureau, the Investment Promotion Bureau, the Municipal Public Works Group, and relevant leaders of the Municipal Party Committee Office and the Municipal Government Office; Yang Bo and Ren Yufen, directors of ZEHO ECO, Zhao Shengjun and Cheng Xiangyu, vice presidents, as well as the main leaders of the Government Affairs Center and East China District, attended the meeting.

During their stay in Wenzhou, ZEHO ECO and his team also visited Yueqing City, Dongtou District, Rui'an City, and Longgang City for on-site inspections, and held talks and exchanges with government leaders from various regions.
